These Terms of Service govern your use of Warfront Nations, including the website and the game itself, and form a legal agreement between you and Warfront Nations LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Warfront Nations LLC, 262 Chapman Rd, Ste 240 Newark DE 19702, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of the Warfront Nations website at warfront-nations.com and the game itself (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-game notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Warfront Nations. If you are between 13 and 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Rules of Conduct

When using Warfront Nations, you agree not to:
  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  • Post or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors
  • Spam, advertise, or promote external products or services
  • Impersonate other players or staff
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
We may take action against accounts that violate these rules, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content — including artwork, graphics, code, music, text, and game design — is owned by or licensed to Warfront Nations LLC. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any of our content without our written permission. You are free to share screenshots and gameplay for personal, non-commercial purposes such as social media posts, reviews, or community content.

6. Your Content

You own the content you create and post on Warfront Nations (such as chat messages, profile information, and uploaded images). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Service — for example, showing your chat messages to other players or displaying your profile photo. This license exists only so the Service can function. When you delete your content or your account, the license ends and we delete the content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to the community. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so.

7. Payments and Refunds

Warfront Nations offers optional in-game purchases including gold currency and premium subscriptions. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details. Prices are listed in EUR and may change. We will not retroactively change the price of something you have already purchased. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request.

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep Warfront Nations running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and offer refunds for any unused premium time where applicable.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warfront Nations LLC and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as our Discord server or Reddit community). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
