You can vote in elections if you:- Are a member of a state
- Are level 5+
- Have intelligence 20+
Parties
Parties are player-led organizations with a name, description, picture, home region, leader, members, and join requests. Parliamentary parties need at least 3 active members (activity window: 7 days).Elections
Election Statuses
pending → registration → active → completed
Leadership elections track individual candidates and voters. Parliamentary elections track party-level vote tallies plus individual candidate lists.
Parliament
Each state has parliament with a configurable seat count (default 7). MPs handle bills, vote on legislation, conduct citizen polling, and issue or override vetoes.Bills

Thresholds are based on total MPs, not only votes cast.
Major bills: war declaration, constitutional changes, impeachment.

open → passed / rejected → enacted / expired / vetoed
Voting Mechanics
- MPs vote

- Veto override: the data model supports a 75% MP threshold, but the current service enacts passed bills immediately, so veto override is not actively in use at this time.
